Privacy

Last updated: August 6, 2026

This notice explains how SaySet (“we”, “us”) handles information when you join our pre-launch waitlist. It is written in plain language for transparency during early access.

This is a pre-launch privacy notice. It should be reviewed before a public launch and is not a claim of certification or legal compliance.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you submit. We may also store optional marketing attribution details from the page you visited—such as UTM parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign), a referral path, and a simple source label (for example, which form on the site you used).

How we use it

We use your email to confirm that you joined the waitlist and to send launch-related or early-access messages about SaySet. Attribution data helps us understand how people find the site. We do not sell your personal information.

Where it is stored and sent

Waitlist signups are stored in a Supabase Postgres database operated for SaySet. Confirmation and launch-related emails are sent with Resend. Access to signup data is limited to server-side systems that need it to run the waitlist.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist information until it is no longer needed for the waitlist and launch communications, or until you ask us to delete it—whichever comes first.

Unsubscribe and deletion

You can ask to be removed from the waitlist or to delete your email at any time by contacting us. Where launch emails include an unsubscribe option, you can use that as well.
